matcha pear smoothie

Great for breakfast or an afternoon snack, this high energy smoothie gives you a full serving of greens, healthy fats and an anti-inflammatory kick! Protein powder goes really well in this shake, but is totally optional.

1 tsp matcha powder
2 tbsp full fat coconut yogurt
1 small handful of spinach
½ pear
½ tsp ginger
1 cup liquid, water or dairy free milk
* For an extra protein kick, add some collagen or protein powder

Add all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
